The Quest Personnel Story…

When Quest Personnel was started by our director Conor Boland in 2018, he had a vision of building a recruitment agency that would not only help clients find top talent, but also make a positive impact on people’s lives by connecting them with their dream jobs. The reason he started Quest was to fix what he considered to be the broken recruitment model – Conor was working in a large organisation where most of the consultants would generate most of their work through sending Linkedin Messages, and speculatively sending CV’s.

From the business operating out of a tiny pod, placing solely Civil Engineers in London, to an international agency working with the some of the biggest and the best globally, from Labourers through to Global Directors.

Conor has built a team of dedicated recruiters who are passionate about connecting people to the right jobs and introducing the very best talent to clients.
